Alison Kronebusch is the Chief Sales Officer of Johns Lyng USA. She is responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and driving the company’s growth initiatives.  Alison has been with Johns Lyng USA since 2007 and has been integral in growing the company from a single location to serving the entire United States. This significant growth has been driven by her strategic vision and commitment to excellence in restoration, roofing and reconstruction.

A cornerstone of Alison’s career has been identifying top talent and recruiting and building teams to serve the customer. To support this expansion, she has focused on building and nurturing high-performing teams dedicated to serving clients with excellence. She believes that a strong, cohesive team is essential for delivering the best outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.

Brent Adamczyk is the President of Johns Lyng USA. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Brent has been with the organization since 2013 and has a long history within the Johns Lyng Group of leading and developing high performers. With a strong focus on building winning teams across all facets of the Group’s diverse business, he was a natural selection to lead the Group’s expansion into the US in 2019.

As President of Johns Lyng USA, Brent’s day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and dynamic, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management. He oversees the daily operations of Johns Lyng USA, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and optimizing processes. Brent’s strategic vision and ability to build and nurture high-performing teams have been key drivers in the successful expansion and ongoing growth of Johns Lyng USA.
