ACCESSIBILITY

Last Reviewed September 2026

Our Commitment

Johns Lyng USA is committed to ensuring that our website, johnslyng.com (the "Site"), is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe all visitors should be able to find our services, request help after property damage, and connect with our teams — regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work continuously to improve the usability of the Site for all users.

Conformance Standard

We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility on the Site, we:

• Include accessibility as a requirement in the design and development of the Site

• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content

• Design pages to be navigable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse

• Use sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds

• Structure pages with clear headings, labels, and consistent navigation

• Label form fields so they work with screen readers and other assistive technologies

• Test the Site periodically using a combination of automated tools and manual review

• Address accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback as part of ongoing Site maintenance

Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnification software, and speech recognition software. The Site is designed to be responsive and usable on desktop and mobile devices.

Third-Party Content

Some content on the Site is provided by third parties — such as embedded maps, videos, social media feeds, and links to external websites, including insurance carrier portals. While we encourage our vendors and partners to provide accessible content, we cannot control or warrant the accessibility of third-party content.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some portions of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following: our careers listings are hosted on a third-party recruitment platform whose accessibility we do not control; some brand logos and photographs are supplied to us as images by our operating companies and their text is carried in alternative text rather than live text; and documents published in PDF form may not meet the same standard as the pages of this Site. We will provide the information in any of these formats by another means on request, and we are working with our suppliers to close the gaps. This Site has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit, and this section will be updated when it has.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information or a service from the Site in an alternative format, please contact us:

When contacting us, please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if applicable. We try to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to provide the information or service you were seeking through an alternative method where the barrier cannot be immediately resolved.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing priority, not a one-time project. We review the Site’s accessibility periodically, including when significant new content or features are added, and we update this statement as our practices evolve.
