As Chief Executive Officer of Johns Lyng USA, Tyson oversees both the day-to-day operations and the strategic management of the entire business in the United States. He brings a 14-year career in project and business management within the construction industry, spanning program delivery, budget management, risk mitigation and building high-performing teams.

His remit extends across the support functions the group runs behind its brands, including production, software development, IT, finance and human resources.

Brent is President of Johns Lyng USA. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he has been with the organization since 2013 and has a long history within the Johns Lyng Group of leading and developing high performers. He was a natural selection to lead the group’s expansion into the US in 2019.

Day to day he oversees the operations of Johns Lyng USA, from performance metrics and operational challenges to process improvement across the group’s companies.

Mitchell is Chief Financial Officer of Johns Lyng USA. Since joining Johns Lyng in 2022 he has held roles covering group finance, treasury, and corporate secretarial and structuring work.

His background in audit and assurance underpins the financial controls and reporting the group relies on as it acquires and integrates operating companies.

Elissa brings 11 years of comprehensive industry experience, beginning her career with the company as an Account Manager and advancing through multiple facets of the business before stepping into her current leadership role. Having worked across both Colorado and Texas, and having supported multiple regions throughout her tenure, Elissa offers a broad cross-market perspective that strengthens her ability to lead at a regional level. Her experience across operations, client engagement, and project planning allows her to guide teams with a well-rounded understanding of the company’s processes and the needs of the communities it serves.

With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike serves as Regional Vice President for Florida at ARSM, Reconstruction Experts, and Johns Lyng Florida. Since joining the company in 2006, he has progressed through several leadership roles, including Service Manager and General Manager, while driving sustained operational and revenue growth.

Today, Mike oversees regional operations across Florida, bringing deep industry expertise and a strong focus on performance, growth, and operational excellence.
