In the group since 2026
A 360-degree solution to your sourcing and recruitment needs.
Global 360 is the group's recruitment specialist. It hires into insurance building and construction, engineering, office support, sales and marketing, supply chain, logistics and procurement.
The team sources and screens candidates from its own networks rather than job-board volume, which suits the trade and claims roles the operating companies hire hardest for.
Global 360 joined Johns Lyng USA in 2026. It recruits for the group's companies as well as for external clients.
