MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
Johns Lyng Group statement, FY2025
Rebuilding is work done by people: our own teams, the trades who work beside them, and the suppliers who stand behind every project. Each of them deserves to work in freedom, safety and dignity. Johns Lyng USA has zero tolerance for modern slavery in any form, including forced labor, debt bondage, child labor, human trafficking and deceptive recruitment, anywhere in our operations or supply chains.
One standard across the Group
Johns Lyng USA is part of the Johns Lyng Group, which operates in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Our U.S. companies work under the same commitment and the same approach to identifying, assessing and addressing modern slavery risk as the rest of the Group.
The Group sets out that approach each year in its Modern Slavery Statement, prepared under the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and approved by the Group Board. The statement covers the Group’s structure, operations and supply chains, including its U.S. operations, the risks it has identified, the actions it takes to address them, and how it assesses whether those actions are working.
